FAQ's
Transformation Begins Here:
Robyn's coaching programs are all about YOU. Whether you're interested in one-on-one coaching or group workshops, each experience will be tailored to fuel your personal growth.
Is there a limit to the number of Single Sessions I can book?
No, you decide what best suits your needs.
What is the Compassion Rate?
I understand that money and finances can be a factor in choosing coaching. I’ve been thinking about ways to make coaching more accessible, and offering Single Sessions with two-tiered pricing is my current solution. I highly encourage you to access the Compassion Rate, there will be no questions asked.
Do you recommend a certain number of sessions?
I recommend you commit to a minimum of 6 sessions to experience momentum and change within the coaching relationship. However this is in your control and you decide what is best for your needs.
What’s the next step?
If this is the first time coaching with me (or you’re a previous client and it’s been more than 3 months since our last session), register for a 1.5 hour Initial Session here.

The choice between the Midlife Rebel Coaching Program and single sessions depends on your preferences, goals, budget and desired outcomes.

Some people may benefit more from the structure and continuity of a program, while others may find single sessions to be a more suitable option for their immediate needs.
Unsure? Register for an Initial Session.
I'm not sure if I need a counsellor or a coach. How do I decide?
This is a common question, and there's a couple of ways to find out what you need. If you are in crisis or experiencing pain, suffering or distress from something that is happening in your life now or in the past then counselling is a good place to get support.
Coaching can support you if there are issues in your life (and we've all got them) that could benefit from some outside support, whether it's communication, self-worth, people-pleasing, time management, relationships, career, stress. The list is endless.
An experienced coach will also help you work out whether counselling or coaching is the best fit for you.

What should I look out for when choosing a coach?
As important as it is to ask questions and find out the experience and background of the coach and how they work, notice how you feel when you initially speak with them.
Does the coach show genuine curiosity and interest in you? Do you feel like you could work with this coach? Are they relatable? Does the thought of working with them give you a sense of possibility and excitement?
The connection between you and your coach is based on a relationship where you feel safe to explore, reflect and look at your life.

Do you work with coaches?
I have worked with many coaches over the years and welcome the opportunity to support their professional and personal growth. Please note I am unable to provide professional accreditation support.
